TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the website and to orders placed with [YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], trading as [YOUR STORE NAME] (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. ABOUT OUR STORE

Our store primarily supplies wholesale second-hand clothing bundles to resellers, vintage stores and other business customers.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND BUSINESS PURCHASES

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

If you purchase wholly or mainly for your trade, business, craft, profession or resale activity, you are a business customer. If you purchase wholly or mainly outside those purposes, you may be a consumer and additional mandatory rights may apply.

You may not use the website or products for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

3. SECOND-HAND PRODUCTS AND MIXED BUNDLES

Our bundles contain second-hand clothing. Every mixed bundle is unique.

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise:

• photographs show examples of the type and general presentation of stock and do not guarantee the exact pictured garments;
• styles, colours, brands, categories and sizes vary;
• item counts are approximate because garment weights differ;
• Grade A second-hand clothing may display light, normal signs of previous wear;
• no exact brand, size, style, category ratio, item count, resale price, customer demand or profit is guaranteed; and
• we recommend washing or appropriately cleaning garments before resale or use.

Normal second-hand variations and characteristics clearly disclosed in the description do not make goods faulty or misdescribed.

We aim to present information accurately, but may correct genuine pricing, availability, measurement or description errors. Colours may appear differently depending on screens and lighting.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

A binding contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including unavailable stock, pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restriction or breach of these terms.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.

5. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Shipping and applicable taxes are added or shown during checkout.

International buyers are responsible for import VAT, customs duty, brokerage, clearance fees and other destination-country charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Payment must be authorised and received before dispatch. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Bulk pricing applies only to the products and quantities stated. Separate orders are not automatically combined to create a bulk discount.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Paid and confirmed orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Dispatch time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery dates and transit periods are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service in writing. Courier, customs, weather, strike, peak-season and other delays outside our reasonable control may occur.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery or uncollected parcel may be charged to the buyer where permitted.

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address supplied with the order.

For business orders, title to the goods remains with us until full cleared payment is received. Risk passes according to applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangement.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Wholesale B2B orders are final sale. We do not accept B2B returns because the buyer changed their mind, expected a different stock mix, no longer needs the goods or did not achieve an expected resale result, provided the goods materially match their description.

This does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If goods are damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, contact hello@test.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.

If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where UK online cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods. Statutory rights also apply to goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for their intended purpose.

Full requirements appear in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. INSPECTION AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. If it is visibly damaged, photograph the parcel before opening and retain all goods, packaging and the shipping label.

Do not return goods before receiving instructions. We may reasonably request photographs or other evidence needed to review a claim.

9. WEBSITE ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store without permission, attempt unauthorised access or use the website in a way that could damage its operation.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our branding, original photographs, graphics, page design and written content belong to us or our licensors. They may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without written permission.

Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a second-hand bundle does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

12. LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.

For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• we do not guarantee a particular resale value, sale-through rate, demand or profit; and
• our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

13. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delay, severe weather, strike, power or network failure, government action, epidemic, disaster or supply interruption.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version displayed when an order is placed will normally govern that order. Continued website use after an update means that the updated website-use terms apply from that point.

15. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If a term is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For business customers, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory laws and jurisdiction rights that apply to consumers remain unaffected.
